Descrizione del ruolo Per un nostro cliente ricerchiamo una/un Responsabile Ufficio Contabile con comprovata esperienza nella gestione completa della contabilità aziendale e nella predisposizione del bilancio. La figura avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di 4 persone, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi amministrativo‑contabili e assicurando la conformità alle normative vigenti. Il ruolo richiede autonomia operativa, capacità di supervisione e un approccio analitico orientato alla precisione e al miglioramento continuo. Responsabilità principali - Gestire l'intero ciclo contabile fino alla predisposizione del bilancio - Coordinare, supervisionare e supportare un team di 4 collaboratori dell'ufficio contabilità. - Garantire la corretta registrazione delle operazioni contabili: ciclo attivo, ciclo passivo, riconciliazioni bancarie, cespiti, ratei e risconti. - Monitorare le scadenze fiscali e assicurare la conformità alle normative contabili e tributarie. - Collaborare con revisori esterni, consulenti fiscali e direzione amministrativa. - Gestire la reportistica periodica e fornire analisi a supporto delle decisioni aziendali. - Ottimizzare procedure, flussi e strumenti contabili, contribuendo al miglioramento dei processi interni. - Utilizzare e supervisionare l'utilizzo del gestionale SAP all'interno del team. - Coordinare le attività di chiusura mensile, trimestrale e annuale.Requisiti - Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione Aziendale oppure Attestato di Contabile Federale. - Provenienza da un contesto internazionale  - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli contabili con responsabilità di gestione del bilancio. - Precedente esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di team amministrativi. - Ottima conoscenza dei processi contabili e delle normative fiscali. - Padronanza dei principali software contabili, con ottima conoscenza di SAP. - Competenze analitiche, precisione e forte orientamento al problem solving. - Eccellenti capacità organizzative, comunicative e di leadership. - Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e di una seconda lingua tra francese o tedesco.
