CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
For an important international organization operating in the medical-scientific sector, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT The selected candidate will join the Membership & Registration team and will be mainly responsible for reviewing, updating and cleaning data within the company CRM system. Main Responsibilities • Review and update data within Salesforce CRM • Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies and missing information • Validate and correct administrative and account data • Ensure database quality, accuracy and consistency • Support administrative and customer service activities within the department Requirements • Diploma or university degree • Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision • Familiarity with IT tools, databases and CRM systems (SalesForce) • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian We offer: • International and structured working environment • 1-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal • Workplace: Lugano English Salesforce CRM customer service data analysis
