Team Leader SME Product & Business Development
Votre mission : Your responsibilities: - You will lead the Commercial Non-Life SME team with full ownership over product and business development activities across property & liability, accident & health, and fleet insurance. - You will define and implement product strategies, oversee end-to-end processes across systems, and drive innovation and digitalization initiatives in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing. - You will conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and develop customer-centric solutions. - As a senior stakeholder, you will work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, IT, and Operations to deliver strategic initiatives. - You will also support communication, sales activation, training, and ensure delivery against revenue and profitability targets. An international non-profit organization active in education and medical initiatives in Africa is launching a major fundraising campaign in the Swiss German region starting in April.

 

To support this initiative, we are looking for 2 to 4 experienced Door-to-Door Fundraisers who are motivated by social impact and comfortable engaging directly with the public.

 

Your Role

As part of the campaign team, you will be responsible for raising awareness and securing recurring donations through direct conversations with households in the Zurich area.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct door-to-door fundraising activities across Zurich and surrounding areas
- Present the NGO's mission and ongoing projects in Africa
- Engage with residents and build trust through clear and authentic communication
- Secure monthly donor commitments via signature forms
- Meet individual fundraising targets and campaign KPIs
- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
 

Targets & Performance

- Approx. 50 donor sign-ups per month expected
- Each donor represents CHF 240 to CHF 360 in value for the campaign
 

 

Profile

We are looking for candidates who already have experience in direct fundraising, field sales, or face-to-face campaigns.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

- Previous experience in door-to-door fundraising, street fundraising, or direct sales
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- A resilient and positive mindset when approaching new people
- Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach activities
- Native German speaker
- Fluent English required
- French would be a strong advantage
- Interest in humanitarian or development work
 

 

Contract & Offer

- Initial 4-month campaign contract starting April 2026
- Strong potential to transition into a permanent position depending on campaign performance and future fundraising initiatives
- Field-based role in Zurich and surrounding regions

- Créer une expérience client personnalisée et mémorable
- Comprendre les besoins de nos clients et leur proposer des solutions sur mesure
- Fidéliser la clientèle à travers un service d'excellence
- Être un·e ambassadeur·drice passionné·e de notre univers et de nos valeurs
- Participer activement aux ventes et à la performance de la boutique
- Maintenir un showroom irréprochable, accueillant et inspirant
- Gérer les tâches administratives quotidiennes et les rapports digitaux
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements

Profil recherché

- Expérience confirmée en vente/conseil dans l'univers du design, de l'ameublement ou de la décoration
- Excellente maîtrise du merchandising visuel et du conseil haut de gamme
- Sens aigu du service client, esprit d'équipe et grande autonomie
- Présentation soignée, attitude professionnelle et élégante
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
- Langue maternelle : suisse allemand
- Disponible le samedi et mobile pour des remplacements ponctuels sur l'arc lémanique
