We are looking for a Head of FSI (Financial service industry) SALES in Zurich, fully German speaking role. Start: ASAP but client can wait for the right candidate Location: Zurich Fluent German is a must For one of our clients we are looking for a Head of FSI Sales in the Swiss German part especially for Zurich and your mission is to own and scale the financial services vertically as a strategic growth engine and accountable for the: - Revenue growth - Go-to-market strategy - Industry positioning - Strategic partnerships - Executive client relationships - Your mandate is to build and scale a high-performing Financial Services practice that positions the company as a trusted transformation partner for banks, insurers, and capital markets firms, plus define a winning strategic to bring success. Your responsibilities Your key responsibilities will be to own the FSI Revenue Number by defining and executing the revenue growth strategy and to drive large, multi-year transformation deals. By representing the company within the industry ecosystem, you will have to build compelling value propositions and be aligned with marketing, sales, and delivery around one FSI narrative. Build & Lead the FSI Team - Coach FSI client partner and sales leaders - Align pre-sales, consulting, and delivery - Define vertical account planning standards - Create a high-performance culture - Drive large deal pursuits and strategic proposal - Define & execute the Go to market strategy. - Representing the Company at banking events Your profile You are a confident team leader with a growth obsessed and strong communication skills plus having a strategically thought with a minimum of 10 years of experiences in Financial Services enterprise sales lead or vertical leadership along with a Strong network across FSI ecosystem and decision makers in Switzerland.
