| Pour notre client situé à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche active d'un Conseiller Clientèle LPP (H/F) dans le cadre d'un poste fixe. Missions : - Développer et entretenir un réseau de prospects afin d'acquérir de nouveaux clients. - Gérer, fidéliser et développer un portefeuille d'entreprises et d'assurés. - Identifier les besoins de vos clients et leur proposer des solutions de prévoyance adaptées. - Conseiller et accompagner les entreprises sur les questions liées au 2e pilier et aux assurances sociales. - Animer des séances d'information et des présentations sur le système suisse des trois piliers, avec une spécialisation sur la prévoyance professionnelle. - Participer activement au rayonnement et au développement commercial de l'institution. Profil : - Formation commerciale, idéalement dans le secteur de l'assurance, de la prévoyance ou des services financiers. - Expérience significative dans une fonction similaire, avec une forte dimension commerciale et conseil. - Excellente connaissance du système suisse de prévoyance professionnelle (LPP) et des assurances sociales. - Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales, en prévoyance professionnelle ou certification IAF : un réel atout. - Langue maternelle française ou excellente maîtrise du français. - Bon niveau d'anglais. - La maîtrise de l'allemand constitue un avantage. Job Description: Your Responsibilities - Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for private motor and property insurance products, prioritizing initiatives based on business value. - Continuously develop and enhance insurance products, coverages, and customer offerings. - Conduct market, customer, portfolio, and performance analyses to identify opportunities for product improvements. - Lead cross-functional product development initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, IT, and other stakeholders. - Gather, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure high-quality implementation within core insurance systems, business processes, customer documentation, and contractual documentation. - Monitor product performance through KPIs and reporting, recommending and implementing continuous improvements. - Support sales enablement through product communication, training, and educational materials. - Prepare presentations, business cases, and analytical reports for senior management and decision-making committees. What we are looking for : Your Profile - University degree or equivalent professional experience within the Swiss insurance industry. - German skills- Fluent . - Strong expertise in private motor and/or property insurance products. - Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related functions such as Underwriting, Claims, or Pricing. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio analysis, claims analysis, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision making. - Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to lead innovation and change. - Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
