| One of our clients are seeking a Senior Cloud Project Manager Bern / 3 days in the office - 2 days from home Fluent German. This role is heavily based around Modern workplace. In this position, you report directly to the Head of PM/SDM. You are responsible for delivering cloud migration projects. - You contribute to the preparation of proposals for various RFPs in collaboration with the pre-sales and technical teams - You are the main point of contact for your clients during both the build and run phases - You manage project delivery in terms of timeline, quality, scope, and budget - You lead project teams from different units as well as subcontractors You will bring experience in successfully managing small to medium-sized projects, particularly in collaboration between clients, development, and operations. In addition, you know how to apply your expertise to help clients achieve their specific business goals. | Linux Platform Engineer (RHEL/OpenShift) Location: Bern / 2-3 days per week in the office Start: 01.09.26 - 30.06.27 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Linux Platform Engineer to join a dynamic infrastructure team responsible for the installation, administration, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Linux environments. You will play a key role in deploying and maintaining modern open-source platforms while collaborating closely with DevSecOps, network, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation, and infrastructure engineering, who enjoys working with modern DevOps practices and open-source technologies. Key Responsibilities - Install, integrate, and configure applications on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and OpenShift platforms. - Integrate applications with enterprise services such as LDAP, SSO, Active Directory, mail systems, backup solutions, reverse proxies, and monitoring tools. - Automate deployments and system administration using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code principles. - Support operations teams by troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues. - Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures. - Deliver training and onboard users to new tools and technologies. - Continuously improve the platform by enhancing redundancy, automation, logging, monitoring, and operational resilience. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell/Bash. - Collaborate closely with DevSecOps, Network, and Security teams to implement secure and reliable infrastructure solutions. - Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the infrastructure using modern DevOps and GitOps methodologies. Required Skills & Experience - Technical qualification (EFZ) with further education (FH/HF) in Computer Science or a related discipline is desirable. - Proven experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally OpenShift. - Experience implementing and supporting open-source applications on Linux platforms. - Solid understanding of: - Network technologies - Web servers (Apache, Nginx) - Databases (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) - Security concepts and best practices - Experience with Ansible or similar automation and configuration management tools. - Knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and "Everything as Code" principles. - Experience developing automation using Python and Shell/Bash scripting. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have - Experience with Nextcloud and openDesk. - Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Confluence and Jira). - Experience with monitoring solutions such as Zabbix. - Experience integrating LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO). - Familiarity with SAFe 6.0 or other Agile frameworks. - Passion for open-source technologies and continuous improvement. | Description of the company Pour une entreprise industrielle de référence évoluant dans le secteur du luxe, nous recherchons plusieurs Business Analysts CFAO (H/F) au sein de la division Systèmes d'information. Au cœur de la transformation digitale des activités industrielles, vous êtes responsable du pilotage fonctionnel d'un périmètre applicatif lié soit à la programmation et au contrôle (CAI), soit à la conception et modélisation numérique (CAD). Vous assurez l'adéquation entre les besoins métiers et les solutions IT, tout en garantissant la cohérence de la chaîne numérique du développement produit. Role & Responsibilities - Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers sur les domaines CAI ou CAD. - Accompagner les métiers dans la définition de leurs processus et proposer des solutions adaptées. - Identifier et recommander des solutions logicielles en cohérence avec la stratégie SI (intégration, standardisation, rationalisation). - Garantir la continuité et la performance de la chaîne numérique sur le cycle de développement produit. - Piloter les évolutions applicatives en collaboration avec les éditeurs et partenaires externes. - Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications de votre périmètre. - Coordonner les interactions avec les équipes internes (infrastructure, sécurité, réseau, postes-clients). - Participer aux projets de transformation et d'optimisation des outils CFAO. - Documenter les processus, standards et bonnes pratiques.Candidate Profile - Diplôme d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation en informatique industrielle, mécanique ou production. - Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion ou administration d'applications dans un environnement industriel. - Maîtrise d'au moins un des outils suivants : - METROLOG (Metrologic Group) pour les environnements CAI - CREO (PTC) pour les environnements CAD - Solide compréhension des enjeux liés à la chaîne numérique produit (PLM, intégration applicative, flux de données). - Expérience en intégration de solutions logicielles dans un environnement IT/OT industriel. - Bonne capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de priorisation. - Aisance relationnelle, capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (métiers, IT, fournisseurs). - Bon niveau d'anglais (minimum B2). |
