For our location in Mendrisio we are looking for a Business development Manager (m/w). Tasks and Responsibilities · Development of customer relationships and networks· Representation of the company at events and trade fairs· Presentation of the company, concepts and offers· Carrying out client and project evaluations· Negotiation of contracts· Co-operation with the CST in the preparation of offers and representation to the customer· Analysing market data, trends, customer data to identify opportunities Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities· University Degree or equivalent, or 7-10 years related experience or training· Experience in sales in the electronic market, EMS as a plus· Providing solutions based on customer needs· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Excellent organizational skills· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation· Great multitasking and time-management skills· Fluent in Italian and English. Tasks and Responsibilities · Advising and supporting existing and new customers and markets· Responsible for the entire assigned customer base from initial contact, enquiries, quotation preparation to order placement and delivery· Project management· Responsible for after-sales service for the assigned clientele· Planning and organising customer visits and meetings Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities· Successfully completed training in an electronic/electrical field.· It would be an advantage if you already have professional experience in project management or sales.· You are an entrepreneurial thinker and act in an entrepreneurial manner, with professional and expert communication skills and a target-orientated way of working.· Knowledge of SAP as a plus· Fluent in Italian and English. For our location in Mendrisio we are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department.Tasks and Responsibilities · Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates· Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions· Keep the employee database up to date· Assist the HR manager with daily business· Track employee attendance, PTO, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation· Support with further digitization and automation of HR processes Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities· 1-2 years related experience· Very good communication skills, both written and verbal· Proficiency in and passion for administrative duties· Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information· Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily· Fluent in Italian and English.
