On behalf of our client based in Lugano (CH), we are looking for Personal Assistant who supports the CEO on own personal affairs. You are a positive, proactive and reliable person with strong organizational abilities, structured and efficient working approach, and high quality awarenessSkills required:At least five years of proven and successful working experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Support or Team Assistant (VP minimum) or Personal Assistant in the following fields: medical, hospital, nutrition, dietetics sectorExcellent interpersonal skills andability to communicate effectivelyAbility to anticipate requests, needs of the CEO in order to guarantee an excellent level of serviceProficient in Italian, Russian and English, written and spokenFlawless execution of activities with high attention to detailEmpathy, sensitivity, discretion and confidentialityKey tasks and responsibilities:Provide effective and efficient personal assistance in relation to medical, personal care, health and well-being issuesEnsure a high level of confidentiality at all timesJob location:LuganoAdditional information:Permanent Job Contract, Part Time (50%).
